 We are not able to accept returns for Live Plants

We ask you take Great care with Live Plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as Climate, soil quality, watering, and positioning in your home or garden . Since live plants are subject to changing conditions, we are not able to offer a guarantee or refund.
 

If a plant arrives severely damaged or dead, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund. Please contact us rounhillplants@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
